Recently, Jay Jiang, Party Secretary of the CPC Committee, Executive Chairman of the Board and CEO of Far East Holding Group, led a delegation to Fermo, Italy, to visit partner Smart Electrons Srl. The two sides held in-depth discussions on expanding energy storage business in the Italian market and advancing cooperation across multiple application scenarios, reaching important consensus on further strengthening collaboration.
Smart Electrons Srl is a technology-oriented company deeply engaged in the European new energy sector. The company focuses on photovoltaic and energy storage system integration, energy solutions, and project implementation services, and has built extensive project experience and channel resources across Italy and surrounding markets.
During the first day of the visit, Jay Jiang and his delegation visited the Smart Electrons booth at the Rimini energy exhibition, where they exchanged views with the company’s team and explored the latest developments in the European energy industry. The two sides reviewed their ongoing cooperation in residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage businesses.
Both parties agreed that, amid Europe’s ongoing energy transition and the rapid growth of distributed energy applications, demand for residential and C&I energy storage will continue to expand. Moving forward, the two companies will further broaden product application scenarios and promote the steady development of related businesses in the local market.
During the exchange, the two sides officially signed an exclusive strategic distribution agreement for C&I energy storage products in Italy. Under the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths in product technology and local market resources to deepen collaboration and jointly promote the deployment of Far East energy storage solutions in the Italian market.
In addition, in response to the growing need for grid flexibility across European power systems, the two sides also discussed potential cooperation opportunities in utility-scale energy storage projects.
On the following day, the delegation visited the Smart Electrons manufacturing facility in Fermo, gaining further insights into the company’s capabilities in manufacturing, system integration, and project implementation. The visit helped strengthen mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for broader collaboration in the future.
This exchange further reinforced the partnership between Far East Battery and its European partners and created new opportunities for expanding the company’s presence in the Italian market. Looking ahead, Far East Battery will continue advancing its global strategy, working closely with international partners to deliver reliable energy storage products and solutions that support the global energy transition.
