Far East Battery Unveils Two New C&I ESS Solutions at SNEC 2026, Introducing an Innovative Backpack-Style Architecture

From June 3 to 5, SNEC PV+ 2026 International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference & Exhibition was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). During the event, Far East Battery officially launched two new commercial and industrial energy storage products — PowerPLANT H260 PLUS and PowerPLANT 410E PLUS — under the theme “Empowering the Future, Smart Energy Reimagined.”

Built on an innovative backpack-style energy storage architecture, both solutions deliver significant improvements in system flexibility, maintenance efficiency, and application adaptability, providing commercial and industrial users with more efficient and intelligent energy storage solutions.

From Price Competition to Value Creation: C&I Energy Storage Enters a New Era

Driven by the continued optimization of peak-valley electricity pricing mechanisms, the rapid growth of renewable energy installations, and increasing corporate demand for green transformation, the commercial and industrial energy storage market is entering a new phase of development.

As the market matures, customer priorities are shifting from simple capacity and cost considerations toward system safety, return on investment, operational efficiency, and lifecycle value. The industry is gradually moving from a phase of scale expansion to one centered on value creation.

By decoupling the power conversion unit from the battery unit, the new design breaks away from the limitations of conventional all-in-one systems, enabling greater deployment flexibility, simplified maintenance, and enhanced scalability.

PowerPLANT H260 PLUS: Enabling Multi-Scenario Energy Applications

As one of the flagship products launched at SNEC 2026, the PowerPLANT H260 PLUS is a 125kW/261kWh hybrid inverter energy storage system designed to integrate photovoltaic generation, energy storage conversion, and power quality management into a single platform.

The system is well suited for applications such as industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and solar-storage-charging integrated projects.

Equipped with an advanced liquid-cooling thermal management system, the PowerPLANT H260 PLUS achieves a comprehensive conversion efficiency exceeding 95% and can operate reliably in demanding environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

Its innovative DC-AC separated architecture and five-in-one integrated design support PV DC coupling, critical load backup power, and seamless switching between the utility grid and diesel generators, providing users with greater flexibility and reliability in energy management.

Combined with Far East Battery’s next-generation EMS and cloud-based management platform, the system enables cloud-edge collaboration, millisecond-level response, and full lifecycle digital management. Remote monitoring, intelligent alarms, and optimized operational strategies further enhance energy efficiency and system reliability.

PowerPLANT 410E PLUS: A Powerful Solution for High-Energy-Consumption Applications

Alongside the H260 PLUS, Far East Battery also introduced the PowerPLANT 410E PLUS, designed specifically for high-energy-demand scenarios such as large manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, commercial complexes, and EV charging stations.

Configured with 215kW/418kWh, the system combines high capacity, high efficiency, and flexible scalability to support continuous operation under demanding load conditions.

The PowerPLANT 410E PLUS adopts an 800V high-voltage output architecture, significantly improving conversion efficiency while reducing line losses and overall operating costs.

Its innovative AC 800V direct charging solution shortens the energy conversion path compared with traditional medium-voltage AC-coupled systems, delivering higher efficiency, faster deployment, and lower system costs. Installation and commissioning time can be reduced by more than 30%.

The system also inherits the modular backpack-style design philosophy, supporting intelligent parallel operation of multiple units. Users can flexibly expand both power and capacity as business needs evolve, reducing upfront investment pressure while preserving future growth potential.
