During SNEC PV+ 2026 International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference & Exhibition, Jiangsu Far East Battery Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Päik, a renewable energy company from Estonia. The two parties will work closely together to develop the Baltic region's marine electrification, commercial & industrial energy storage, and utility-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) markets, jointly supporting Europe's green energy transition and the growth of the energy storage industry.

The agreement was signed by Jaanus, CEO of Päik, and Cheng Chao, Senior Partner of Far East Battery and Executive General Manager of Jiangsu Far East Battery Co., Ltd. Witnessing the signing ceremony were Päik partners Silver, Tonis, Alan, and Elmo, as well as Zhou Wei, Senior Partner of Far East Holdings/Far East Battery and International ESS Customer Officer; Ma Chenglong, Senior Partner of Far East Battery and Head of the Energy Storage Research Institute; and Wang Fangling, Senior Partner of Far East Battery and Golden VIP Manager.

Under the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths and market influence in the renewable energy sector to collaborate in key areas including marine energy storage, commercial & industrial ESS, and utility-scale energy storage applications. Together, they will explore opportunities across the Baltic region and accelerate the deployment of advanced energy storage technologies and clean energy solutions.

As a key component of this strategic partnership, Far East Battery has granted Päik exclusive cooperation rights for marine and commercial & industrial energy storage-related products, as well as utility-scale energy storage products in Estonia. In addition, Päik has been authorized as Far East Battery's agent for battery products in Latvia and Lithuania.
